Banking on a diverse communications strategy
Enlighten was awarded the contract to assist in the development and delivery of a Diversity Communications Strategy for the Royal Bank of Scotland Group in the UK. This covered approximately 90,000 employees across a number of different businesses.
As part of this process, they provided both primary and secondary research on the best ways forward in delivering a complex message to a diverse, commercially focused population. Working closely with the Head of Corporate Communications, a number of communication streams and methodologies were developed, including a video on disability featuring a range of celebrities. The communications strategy was an integral part of the diversity strategy that was agreed by the RBS Board.
